Very comfortable 3 bed apt place. You have your own private entrance and it is half in basement that is cool in summer with no need AC. .

It is close to ski resort such as Mt. Washington hotel. Only 15 minutes away from Franconia Notch State Park.

We do have snowmobile trail access on our property. You could bring your snowmobile trailer and park your trailer on our parking lot for free. I have attached a snowmobile trail map. Our property is quarter mile away from trail (green 104).
The space
Bethlehem is a hillside town in Grafton County, New Hampshire, United States. Pollen levels in Bethlehem are lowest in New Hampshire area. If you have allergies during the spring or fall, take few days vacation here to have a break. Or you could rent our apartment and work here during allergy season.
Guest access
apt is on the right side of complex building (in the middle part of the whole building), parking can be right up front or on the right side of the building for guests. it is independent entrance to go down few stairs to #9
