The property sits on 3 acres of land with plenty of parking and a gorgeous backyard view. A snowmobile trail also sits on our property which is also located nearby several golf courses.
Our property is located 10 minutes from Littleton, a hub for surrounding towns which includes restaurants and shopping .
Located at the foot of the White Mountains, our property is convenient traveling to many recreational activities such as skiing, hiking, sight seeing, etc. Wedged between Franconia Notch as well as Mt. Washington and Crawford Notch, you are sure to find something to do all year long! Major skiing mountains such as Canon mountain and Bretton Woods sit a 20 min drive away perfect for beginners and experts alike! Summertime offers plenty of hiking and we have hosted guests who have hiked the nearby 4,000 footers.
